I'm a huge fan of musicals (Wicked, Rent, Hairspray, Cats, Chicago) Anyone else know any good Musicals? Whats your fav? :) Mine's Wicked but Chicago and Rent are close behind!
I just loved Wicked . I had attended the last show of Wicked . It was great .I had my tickets from TicketFront.com easily.

Except had you bought LightRoom 2 just before LightRoom 3 you would be in the same boat.

Clearly your critical thinking skills need work - I didn't say it would be different. I don't have sufficient information on which to base comment about Adobe's camera update policy.
I'll try and explain it to you again.
I pointed out that a company supposedly famed for its world leading customer service hangs those same customers out to dry by not providing updates from the moment a new version comes out. Aperture 2 never had support for the Panasonic LX3 and had flaws with the Canon 30D raw support. The LX3 support was "due" but when it came it came the other side of v3 and so Apple's stance is to leave v2 customers hanging. I assume Apple's refusal to provide camera updates (not functional improvements) for v2 is to force migration to v3. That marketing decision will instead, push me to to buy a competitors product.
I have Abobe Master Collection CS3.3 - I still get updates for that, despite CS4. And for MS Office Win XP etc. Hell - I even get updates on Apps I've bought.
From your comment you've demonstrated an inability to understand a simple premise and the validity of the comment which followed. Being able to type "critical thinking skills" isn't the same as understanding the term or using those skills if you have them ;)

A Windows virus (if you mean that with "PC virus") can't harm Mac OS X, regardless how you obtained it. Why not install an AV software on your Windows VM to protect Windows?
The only anti-virus you need to protect your Mac is education and common sense.

Is it only because the texts are smaller?
Well everything is smaller, but it becomes a problem when it comes to text.

I don't know what else to add at this point. Myself, I wouldn't use Word for such an important document, laying it out in InDesign... but then that's what I do almost every day, knowing I can get perfect PDFs from it.
If I had to use Word and these issues were getting in the way of job applications, I'd also be looking at asking these questions in any Microsoft/Office user forums, as well as perhaps Adobe forums... and Planet PDF.
I'll check again if anyone has any answers, because it's the kind of thing that intrigues me. Sorry for not being able to find a solution.

OK, am I the only one here that is getting the feeling that we won't even be able to play as our Shepard from prior games, but instead this will be Mass Effect: Black Ops and we'll be stuck as a soldier-nobody on Earth?
So no more exploring the Galaxy and even less RPG elements :(
Anyways, regardless I'll buy this game, as the first ME is one of my favorites this decade. The second one was also really good, but I was unable to finish it until after I found a hack that let me split that asinine-single-action button into individual key-actions and re-enabled crouching.

Ok...so I put one of those clear sticky PDA screen protectors on my ipod. It was on there a few weeks and when I took it off today, it did not come completely off. It left behind some of the sticky stuff. I was able to remove it all but now there's that foggy/glossy leftover crap. Any recommendations on household products that can remove this, that won't mess up my ipod?

So looking an Lion OSX, multi-touch features are going to be more integrated into the desktop experience. My setup will be a macbook connecting to an ACD for home use with a wireless keyboard and mouse. But I'd like to buy a trackpad for superior multi-touch on my desktop, though I have questions:
1. What is the range of the trackpadcan I use it 10-15 feet away from my computer?
2. Can I have a trackpad and a mouse connected to a computer at the same time and instantly switch between the two seamlessly?
3. How's the battery life stack up compared with the keyboard and magic mouse? About the same?
Thanks guys.

My 4th gen white "classic" is still going strong too. I hope they never do away with the design-- it's so iconic.

Yes. A switch or router, e.g. from Netgear, LinkSys, would work. If you're downloading large files using the two computers simultaneously, they'd share the bandwidth and slow each other's downloads, but with normal use (browsing, email) you wouldn't notice any difference with having both connected simultaneously. I have four computers often connected simultaneously.
If you're likely to be transferring large amounts of data between the two Macs, get a gigabit switch, which is 10x faster but costs maybe $10 more than a 100Mbit/s switch or router.
In fact, you may not want wireless now, but may in the future, so getting a wireless router like blevins suggested means you could connect e.g. an iPad, or let a friend or family member connect when visiting. You can turn off the wireless when not in use.

How does that make the 4th gen better? Even if you don't use the video camera, the 5th gen had a larger screen, fm radio, and other features. How can it be inferior when it has everything the 4th gen did plus more? At least people can make the argument that the 6th gen is better because it's smaller and has the clip, but the 4th gen really doesn't have any advantage over the 5th.
Apple is quite interesting in selling products that people end up buying. I _bought_ the 5th gen nano to a large degree because it has a video camera and radio and plays movies. I then didn't actually use any of these to any serious degree, but that's what made me buy it. And that's why Apple put these features into the iPod. Lots of people bought the new nano because of the small size and the touchscreen. In two years time, Apple can release a bigger nano again with a huge battery and people will buy it.
If Apple didn't change products, you would buy a new iPod after many many years only when the old one breaks down. Buy changing the iPod models, Apple sells more. I wouldn't want to know the number of iPods bought as Christmas presents that wouldn't be bought if the model didn't change. At this point in time, Apple has to make iPods that existing iPod owners will buy even when they have a perfectly fine working iPod already.

I'm not able to find a definitive source on this is it true that the Apple Standard Keyboard M0116, as offered as an alternative to the Apple Extended Keyboard circa 1990, uses the same keyswitches, providing exactly the same tactile feedback?
I'm a Model M fan myself, but can't justify the noise in my open plan office. I have an M0116 which I very much like and will use if I can obtain an ADB to USB adapter that works on modern Macs (so, I guess, makes the keyboard look like a USB device rather than adding an ADB port to the computer) but have never tried an Extended Keyboard and am wondering if it's worth seeking one out.
